At FSU's technology support department, I provided technical assistance for classroom AV equipment, including projectors, microphones, and lecture capture systems. I developed strong communication and instructional skills by training professors to use Zoom for hybrid and remote learning, adapting my approach to accommodate varying levels of technical expertise. In addition to in-person support, I managed incoming service requests by answering phones and documenting issues through detailed service tickets. This role sharpened my ability to explain complex tools clearly, troubleshoot under pressure, and ensure a smooth technology experience for faculty and students.

At Playa Bowls, I learned the importance of teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment.
