Designing the Taste Test app as an individual project gave me the opportunity to strengthen my design skills while integrating UX principles. I created mobile app prototypes for an app called Taste Test, which is designed to help users find local restaurants based on their unique flavor profiles. Throughout this project, I significantly improved my Figma skills -- learning how to design more efficiently, organize components, and create interactive prototypes. I also realized the importance of user testing early on; feedback from my peers helped me improve the usability of the app prototypes, ultimately leading to a more intuitive design.
